Capitol Cocktails

All our Cocktails are freshly made to order using premium ingredients. Our house spirits for base ingredients are Absolut Vodka, Havana Club 3-year-old Cuban Rum, and CDC Gin. No cheap alternatives are used.

Our extensive range of Cocktails includes both classic recipes and exclusive ones created in-house by our own Bartenders.

We update our menu every few months, our current menu has retained many of our Customer’s favourites from previous menus but if any of your favourite drinks are not listed we’d be delighted to make them for you.
