Capitol Cocktails…   Our latest Cocktail menu has been specially created using a mixture of old and new recipes. We’ve kept some of your favourites from our previous menus, and we’ve added some new recipes which we’re sure you’ll enjoy. Choose from our ‘House Cocktail’ Selection, a basic selction of simple recipes, or experiment a little with the ‘Capitol’ and ‘Frozen’ selections, featuring some of  our favourite classic recipes and some new recipes we’re sure you’ll enjoy. For the Cosmo lovers we have an entire ‘Cosmopolitan Selection’, featuring some interesting variations on the classic Cosmo. If you fancy something a bit more elegant then we have a wide range of ‘Champagne Cocktails’ to choose from  and for something different why not try the ‘Bartenders Special’ Cocktail, each Bartender has their own recipe, ask them for details. Some of the recipes are original creations, created right here at Capitol Lounge, and some are classic recipes which we’ve tweaked, while others are classics which are made the same way as a Speakeasy Bartender did in 1920’s Chicago.
